Open Question: How do i convenience my mom to let me move away for college?

I wanted to go to Art institute and take their visual effect course but the only problem is the only school that offers this is either in Houston TX which is 3 hours away or Denver Colorado. My mom has this fear that i wont be able to afford to buy myself food with the tuition being 96 thousand. I tried convincing her that i would find a job but she doesn't think i will (>.>).
