Open Question: WhaInexpensive but very cute reception halls in Houston,tx?

my fifteen is coming up and i still need a reception hall it needs to be very spacious becouse im inviting around 300-400 people and it has to be in a nice area not too ghettoh or in a hiddin area where people could drive right past it bc it would be a hassle to give directions all day. please Help.(: and if you have numbers or reccomend anything such as catering, dj's, dress shops, hair and makeup places that would be awsome! anything realated to a fifteen (:thanxx ohh and if anybody has any choreographers for fifteens please tell me(: they need to be able to dance cumbia and stuff and also the song that want to do is womanizer...
